+1s from outside of York Region must:

1. Be an invited guest to the Crowned in Culture Youth Semi Formal by a current York Region student who already bought a ticket to the event

2. Be between the age of 14 and 18

3. Must be available for in person ticket pick ups at one of the ticket pickup locations and provide a current 2025/2026 student card at the time of ticket pick up

4. Agree to the following-  Semi formal dress code strictly in effect. No jeans, no sweats, no ski masks etc, Ticket holders and their belongings will be searched at the door. Entry will not be permitted after 7:00 PM. No alcohol, drugs and/or drug paraphernalia. No weapons and no vandalism/destruction of property. No fighting
